The Centre has sanctioned a total outlay of Rs 23000 crore for Delhi during the Tenth Plan period, which is 9.8 per cent more than the Ninth Plan outlay at 2001-02 prices. There has been a slight change in sectorial prioritisation for the Tenth Plan.
