A fire at Turkey's biggest refinery was brought under control on Friday with only one storage tank still on fire three days after a huge earthquake struck but reports of spillage emerged from broken pipes. "As of 9:30 the fire is at an easily extinguishable condition. We have only few hours to deal the final blow to the fire," said Husamettin Danis, general manager at the state-owned Tupras refinery.
