Three giant wind turbines a top a reclaimed strip mine, solar panels at schools and museums, and a landfill gas-to-energy project will power the biggest "green power" program ever attempted in the Southeast. The Tennessee Valley Authority will launch its "Green Power Switch" program on April 22--Earth Day.
