Public announcements were made as to how traffic policemen can breathe easy. The new solar green traffic booths were supposed to help them bear the brunt of Delhi's pollution day after day. Fifteen of these were installed in the city and then 50 more were to be installed in the second phase. Two months later, they are yet to become a reality.
