British renewable power company Ecotricity said on Tuesday it had signed a deal to supply electricity to 10 local authorities in the London area.Ecotricity said the deal, covering 18 sites with a combined annual power consumption of 15 million kilowatt hours, marked the biggest single switch to renewable power in Britain's public sector.
