Ukraine's largest nuclear power plant, Zaporizhska, has completed a storage facility for spent fuel rods and will stop delivering waste to Russia in November, a spokeswoman for the station said yesterday. "The facilities to store used fuel rods have been completed and in November we will stop sending spent rods to Russia," Olimpiada Solyanina told Reuters by telephone from Energodar, 420 km (250 miles) southeast of the capital.
