Britain's struggling green energy industry will suffer further under government plans to introduce new electricity trading arrangements (NETA) in November, government officials and industry executives say. Wind farms, dependent on the vagaries of the British weather, will be among the worst hit as the new trading systems punishes generators which cannot guarantee output.
