The United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) will assist Chhattisgarh in the formulation of its Human Development Report. To be launched under the "Gaon la Chalav " campaign, the uniqueness of the report lies in the fact that these "jan rapats" will be drafted by the people themselves, and the process will begin from the village level. Such reports are generally developed by the Government and Chhattisgarh takes the lead in delegating this work to the people for whom the policies are ultimately planned.
