The Rai Foundation launched its unique scheme for the education sector. The Member of Parliament, Amar Singh, launched tge prospectus 2003-04 and applauded the exceptional scholarship scheme initiated by the Institute. Also present on the occasion were the former film star Jayaprada and former Miss India Manpreet Brar.
