The Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board (UPSEB) on Thursday signed two power purchase agreements (PPAs) with the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) and A V Birla's Roza Thermal Power Plant to buy 1,067 mw of additional power to ensure uninterrupted supply to industries in State.
