The Supreme Court pulled up the Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board (UPSEB) for its failure to provide uninterrupted power supply to the ambient air quality monitoring stations at the Taj Mahal and said that it was shocked to see that the board was treating the country's heritage as just an "ordinary consumer".
