The Uttar Pradesh State Electricity Board (UPSEB) has raised a communique vacating a Union government clause for Aditya Birla Group's Rs 2,600 crore Rosa Thermal Power Plant project of 567 MW in Shahjahanpur in association with PowerGen, UK, and cleared all the bottlenecks facing the project.
