The National Rural Electric Cooperative Association International Ltd (NRECAI) of the US has offered to help Infrastructure Development Finance Company (IDFC) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) in evolving a bankable rural electrification (RE) model which could be posed before either domestic or overseas funding agencies.
