Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC), the only working model of its kind in India as well as in Third World, today signed separate cooperation agreements with Colorado Public Utilities Commission and District of Colombia Public Service Commission for sharing information and experience in the areas of regulatory operations of power industry.
