The use of ozone depleting substances such as CTC, Methyl Chloroform and Methyl Bromide will be phased out by specific dates, Minister of Environment and Natural Resources, Sri Lanka Rukman Senanayake said. He was speaking at the opening ceremony of the country consultation meeting for the phase out of ozone depleting substances held at the Ceylon Continental Hotel, Colombo.
