Health authorities yesterday ordered hospitals and other medical centers across the country to suspend inoculations with three kinds of vaccines following the death of an infant after receiving them. According to police, the two-month-old baby girl named Chung Ha-eun was discovered dead Sunday morning at her home, about 19 hours after she was vaccinated against PDT (diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis) and cerebral meninges, and took pills for poliomyelitis at a Seoul hospital Saturday.
