The 2003-2004 Annual Plan for Uttaranchal has been fixed at Rs 1,575 crores. This came about at a meeting between the Deputy Chairman of the Planning Commission, K.C. Pant, and the Uttaranchal Chief Minister, N.D. Tiwari.
