Environment and health minister A K Walia on Saturday directed the three thermal power stations in the Capital to explore possibilities to reuse their effluents after treatment and also proper management of the fly ash. The Rajghat and I P Power stations discharge their effluents into the Yamuna while Badarpur station does so into the Jaitpur drain. These power stations, however, take raw water from the Yamuna and Agra rivers.
