The Tenth Five-year Plan needs a slogan on the lines of "Garibi Hatao" of the Fifth Plan. The Deputy Chairman, Planning Commission, has requested suggestions from everyone in this regard. The idea is to generate interest among the masses about the vision of the Plan.
