The Union Health and Family Welfare Minister, Mr Dalit Ezhilmalai, has cautioned against rapid urbanisation and uncontrolled developmental projects encouraging large population movements which, he said , could create malariogenic conditions leading to even epidemics. He was delivering the presidential address on the opening day of the two-day conference of the Health Ministers of the Western Regional States at Ahmedabad.
