The Union Cabinet today decided to amend the Inter-State Water Disputes Act with a view to incorporating the recommendations of the Inter-State Council on the Sarkaria Commission recommendations on the issue.A Bill in this regard is to be introduction in the forthcoming winter session of Parliament.
