"The Bangladesh Water Vision 2025" and the Frame Work for Action were represented by the Bangladesh Water Partnership in the Second World Water Forum and Ministerial Conference held in the Hague from 17 to 22 March, 2000. It is against this backdrop that the Bangladesh Water Partnership organised a consultation meeting between leading water resources experts of Bangladesh to formulate a common plan of action.
