Wapda and the International Power (IP) UK, an independent power producer (IPP), here on Wednesday inked a settlement agreement after hectic negotiations between the two parties regarding reduction in Kapco tariff, subsequent to the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed earlier on October 25, 2000 in Pakistan.
