Dalhousie, one of the most picturesque and attractive tourist resorts of the country, has suffered tremendous harm due to an increase in population, faulty garbage management, improper sewerage resulting in degradation of the situation. The state of affairs at the hill station because of its location amidst pine and silver oak forests has led to the piling up of garbage and sewage.
