Water wars

Experts predict at least 76 million people dying from water-borne diseases in the next twenty years. That's as much as casualties as on the battlefields of World War II. According to the United Nations, two billion people live without clean water and toilets. India suffers, particularly cities like Mumbai and Chennai. Related problems like old, derelict water pipes add to the misery. Residents of Juhu in Mumbai recently had sewage water coming out of their taps. Being among the richest in the city, many sought refuge in mineral water bottles- which as we know now, is not as pristinely pure as supposed to be.
