The World Bank expressed dissatisfaction over the progress of AP Power Sector Restructuring Project under its Adaptable Programme of Lending. The World Bank authorities, who reviewed the progress of implementation of the project here, reportedly expressed surprise over the non-utilisation of the first tranche of loan (APL-1) completely, as per schedule.
