The Maharashtra government was not in favor of scrapping the Dabhol power project chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh said today. "The state was not in favor of terminating the Enron-promoted $900 -million power project, but instead it wants to work out an amicable solution for solving the imbroglio", Deshmukh said.
