The large potential of Uttar Pradesh has remained vastly underused and a number of porjects have been languishing for want of funds for the past many years.The exact status of these projects is not known, their development is slow, and it needs to be speeded up, says the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry(PHDCCI).
