"Compared to Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh government is more civilised". That was the certificate Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy gave to Chief Minister Digvijay Singh as she left Indore for Delhi on Wednesday after Narmada Bachao Andolan Rally for the Valley. This was Roy's thanksgiving for living up to the assurances made to her when Digvijay Singh and his wife visited her at her Delhi residence before the rally.
