General Manager, Wapda Dr Izharul Haque, who is also Chief of Tarbela Power House, urging immediate start of construction of Kalabagh Dam, has predicted that Ethiopia like situation would develop in Pakistan if any new dam is not built in the country till 2008.He was briefing a delegation of journalists from Sindh at Tarbela auditorium on Monday. Sindh journalists are currently visiting irrigation system of the country on the invitation of Punjab government.
