Work on the Rs 453-crore Bina-Jhansi-Kanpur pipeline, a joint venture of Oman Chemicals and Petronet India will start this year and will be completed by the year 2001.The pipeline will have two terminals in Uttar Pradesh - at Kanpur and at Meerut - with a capacity of 230 mt and 700 mt, respectively.
