Senior World Bank staff believed the bank was losing public support even before the growing backlash against economic globalisation gathered pace this year, a leaked document has revealed. The report, obtained by Financial Times, was circulated in January to World Bank senior management by Mats Karlsson, the vice-president for external affairs.
