Contrary to earlier observations, the World Bank's (WB) visiting energy sector mission has shown satisfaction over the corporatisation and privatisation of power sector, sources in the Pakistan Ministry of Water and Power claimed. The Bank's mission, which held a two-hour meeting on Wednesday with the officials of the ministry and Water and Power Development Authority(Wapda) was given a detailed presentation on progress made in the restructuring, privatisation and delay in execution of Ghazi Brotha hydel project, sources added.
