A World Bank team has apprised the state government of the legal requirements needed to be fulfilled for the Washington meet to finalise its loan. Team members who visited the state for two days in the first week of May had wide-ranging discussions with senior officials, including energy secretary C S Rajan and the chairman of the electricity board P N Bhandari on power sector norms.
