World Bank, USAID aim to help India in key sectors

The World Bank and USAID will help India in several infrastructure and developmental sectors to improve the quality of life in the country and support the programmes on a fast track. Union minister for road development M Venkaiah Naidu's received the assurances from the World Bank president James Wolfensohn and a USAID delegation led by Ted Macdonald of the Environmental Protection Agency and Asia Environment Partnership Programme.
