Not expecting much from negotiating groups at the moment, the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has not planned any formal meetings of the groups. It wants talks to progress informally at bilateral meetings between groups and delegations. Speaking to FE, official sources said that the general understanding in Geneva, the headquarters of the WTO, was that delegations would negotiate among themselves. They will fix their own time for the meetings based on their mutual convenience without the WTO drawing up an agenda.
