A United Nations-appointed study team has labelled the World Trade Organisation a "nightmare" for developing countries and suggested the body should be brought under the UN's purview. The team - in a report presented to the UN's sub commission on the protection of human rights - also dismissed the WTO's open trading rules as based "on grossly unfair and even prejudiced" assumptions.
