Andhra Pradesh will set up upwards of 22,000 electronic kiosks to bring e-commerce and private enterprise within the reach of every village to improve the quality of life in rural areas. The massive exercise to be carried under the Rajiv Gandhi Internet Village (RAJIV), project will be managed by women self-help groups providing rural women a means of livelihood and a channel of delivery of government services and information.
