Finalise draft AQI prepared in the workshop

Campaigning to raise awareness

Develop first generation pm 10 aqi forecast

Demonstrate and forecast pm 10 and carbon monoxide index

Evaluate response of public to aqi

Expand monitoring network and monitoring zones

Develop second generation air quality forecast models.

Emission Inventory
Form a technical advisory committee

Evaluate non-traditional top-down methods of doing inventories such as the satellite-based methods being used by the European Union

Begin traditional bottom-up efforts

Begin testing on priority pollution sources on a parallel track with the inventory development
