Support "fair trade"

Drink Cafedirect. Give Third World producers a fair deal! Christian Aid, along with other UK charity groups, has launched a two-year campaign to encourage "fair trade" with an assault on the European Community's Common Agricultural Policy (CAP). The plan is to encourage shops to stock "fairly traded" goods, having a fair trademark -- an example being Cafedirect, a high-quality, ground coffee. Cafedirect is bought directly from farmers in Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru at an agreed fair price, much higher than the prevailing low world coffee rates.
