Drains stay clogged despite funds
Leader of Opposition in the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Jai Kishan today disrupted proceeding of the Standing Committee. He raised the issue of penalty of lakhs of rupees imposed by the Delhi consumer court on the civic body for not desilting drains.
