Water saving device (Letter)
There is an acute shortage of water in the country. A good portion of water usage can be saved if water tap is controlled at different level of output. Normally full tap is kept on while washing hands or face etc. People do not have tendency to keep tap on at lower levels of water output since there is no regulator at different levels. Therefore, if there is a regulator like a fan regulator speeds to have different output water levels. People shall use it effectively and save precious water. This way might be say up to 30% water saving is possible.
