City Careless With Potable Water: ADB Study
Ahmedabad: For a long time the city has been careless with potable water supply and the authorities, under political pressure, have been avoiding reforms leading to wastage and unaccountable use of water. If price-sensitive Amdavadis are known for judicious spending, they do not seem to respect water. No wonder JNNURM refused to fund any of the water supply projects of the city.
