CLEAN UP PLANT
With the focus on a'Green Delhi'becoming stronger by the day, the Delhi government has been ordered by the Supreme Court to chalk out an action plan for setting up a common effluent treatment plant (ETP) in the critical industrial areas of Mayapuri, Okhla, Naraina, Kird Nagar and Lawrence Road. The order delivered by Justices Kuldip Singh and Sagir Ahmed came in response to an intervention of the Central Pollution Control Board counsel Vijay Panjwani who said that these industrial areas lacked a common ETP.
