Order of the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) in the matter of Advik Laboratories Ltd. & Anr. V/s State Govt. of Haryana & Ors. dated 12/03/2014 regarding air pollution caused by Capital Auto Rubber Products (P) Ltd. which is in the nature of soot, dust, smoke and gaseous substance which by reason of their chemical properties tend to cause damage to life saving drugs manufactured by Advik Laboratories Ltd. in adjoining pharmaceutical unit. The Tribunal has noted that the report filed by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) on inspection of both the Appellant unit as well as Respondent No. 5 (Capital Auto Rubber Products (P) Ltd. ) unit shows that not only the respondent no.5 but the appellant is also a polluter.
