Order of the Delhi High Court in the matter of Jugal Kishore Shah vs Union Of India & Others dated 30/03/2016 regarding compensation paid for the land acquired in village Kalu Sarai, Delhi by the government of India. The Court in its Order said that the
a. The appellants shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of Rs.12,370/- per sq. yd.
b. They would be entitled to solatium at the rate of 30% with interest.
