Tapioca vegetable
Peel and chop one kilogramme of tapioca and then boil the pieces till they become soft. Stain the water and mash the tapioca well.
Thereafter, heat two teaspoons of coconut oil in a pan, and add half-a-teaspoon of cumin and mustard seeds. Once the seeds start sputtering, add pieces of five garlic, half-a cup of grated coconut, five chopped green chillies, two finely chopped onions and small pieces of three to four dried red chillies.
