City to get multi-storey car park

The Guwahati Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) and the Kolkata-based Simplex Projects Ltd today signed an agreement on a public-private partnership mode to construct an automatic six-storey (multi-level) car park on a plot of around three bighas by the side of the Panbazar flyover at an estimated cost of around Rs 40 crore.

A new guide to Delhi

Walia on Tuesday released the Delhi Statistical Handbook-2009 according to which there has been an increase of Rs.8,452 in per capita income in Delhi. It was Rs.70,238 in 2006-07 and Rs.78,690 in 2007-08 at current prices and much higher than the national figure of Rs.33,283.
