Minister for Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Castes Welfare Kunwar Vijay Shah said that the problem of malnutrition among the tribals would be eradicated completely. Help of voluntary orgnaisaitons would also be sought in this direction, he added. Shah was speaking at a function after inaugurating a nutrition project specifically for the benefit of the tribal Sahariya community, here on Friday. Under this project, about 1,60,000 people in 428 villages will have access to wheat flour fortified with iron and folic acid to help tackle the problem of anaemia. The project will be implemented by United Nations World Food Programme (WFP)
