International governance and regulation of the marine Arctic
This report was commissioned by the WWF International Arctic Programme to examine the adequacy of the current international governance and regulatory regime of the marine Arctic in light of current and future effects of climate change on the Arctic. The main elements of this report are an overview of the current international governance and regulatory regime of the marine Arctic and an analysis of the main governance and regulatory gaps in that regime.
